Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This means:
- Your order has been successfully received in our system.
- Your credit card has been pre-authorized but not yet charged.
Next, our team will:
- Verify product availability.
- If the item is in stock, we will process your payment and begin preparing your shipment.
- If the item is out of stock or on backorder, we'll void the pre-authorization and contact you immediately to offer alternatives or revised timelines.
Order Shipment
Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
- Most in-stock items ship within the estimated time frame listed on the product page.
- Tracking numbers may take 24 hours to become active in the carrier’s system.
Please note: While we strive for accurate lead times, occasional delays may occur due to manufacturing volume or carrier logistics. We’ll keep you informed and work hard to minimize any disruptions.

Delivery Process
Large items like water tanks require special handling during delivery. Please follow these steps carefully when your shipment arrives:
1. Inspect the Shipment Before Signing
- Remove all wrapping to check the tank’s condition.
- Look for cracks, large dents, or structural damage. Minor surface scuffs or scratches from transit are not considered defects.
2. Document Any Visible Damage
- If damage is found, note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Take clear photos of the damage while the tank is still on the truck or pallet.
3. Report Damage Immediately
- Before the driver leaves, call us at 1-888-884-2642 or email info@ewatertank.com.
- We’ll help assess whether to accept or refuse the shipment and advise on the next steps.
4. Already Accepted the Shipment?
- If damage is discovered after delivery, submit a Damage Claim Form within 3 business days.
- Include photos and/or videos with a detailed description so we can begin resolving the issue right away.
We follow all manufacturer freight policies but rest assured, our goal is to make things right for you.
