How It Ships

• Ships via freight carrier on two 65" x 65" pallets
• Tanks are shrink-wrapped for protection during transit
• Liftgate service may not be available in your area due to the size - please confirm when requesting a shipping quote
• Commercial delivery address is recommended for lower shipping costs - residential still accepted

Delivery Site Prep

Please ensure:

• The site is level and clear of obstructions
• There's enough room for a freight truck to enter, unload, and exit safely

Delivery Instructions

• Always inspect the tank before signing for delivery.
• In the very rare occasion that a tank arrives damaged, so long as you follow our steps for handling damages when your tank arrives, we have you completely covered. We will send you a new tank at no additional charge.

Offloading Instructions

• Liftgate service may not be available in your area due to the tank sizes - please confirm when requesting a shipping quote
• If liftgate is unavailable, customer is responsible for unloading - drivers do not assist
• For safest results, we recommend:
  • A forklift or tractor with forks
  • A pallet jack (if on a hard, flat surface)
• While not officially recommended by us due to risk of damaging the tank or injury, some customers have been able to successfully offload each tank by hand without the above equipment with the help of 3-4 people
  • Keep in mind, each tank is a substantial 300 pounds and 7.5 feet wide
  • Each tank will need to be removed from the pallet on the truck, carefully lifted or rolled off the truck onto a soft surface, and then carefully rolled to the tank site
    
  • Again, we are not officially recommending this due to risk of damage or injury and strongly encourage the use of safe equipment for unloading

Bulk Orders & Value

Up to six (6) 2000 Gallon Tanks can fit on a flatbed trailer. Ordering multiple tanks together can significantly lower your shipping cost per tank. We're happy to provide a custom freight quote for your order.
