Delivery Instructions

Always inspect the tank before signing for delivery.
In the very rare occasion that a tank arrives damaged, so long as you follow our steps for handling damages when your tank arrives, we have you completely covered. We will send you a new tank at no additional charge.

Offloading Instructions

Liftgate service may not be available depending on the delivery address and carrier - please confirm during quote
If liftgate is not available, customer is responsible for unloading - delivery drivers do not assist
For the safest unloading method, we recommend:
- A forklift or tractor with forks
- A pallet jack (for paved or flat surfaces)
With a tank weight of 192 pounds, some customers have been able to successfully offload by hand without the above equipment
- The tank will need to be removed from the pallet and then will have to be carefully rolled off the truck and to the tank site by 3-4 people
- You will want a soft landing area off of the truck to limit the risk of damage
- This method carries a risk of damage or injury and is not officially recommended by us - please proceed with caution and have extra help on hand
