Delivery Instructions

• Always inspect the tank before signing for delivery.
• In the very rare occasion that a tank arrives damaged, so long as you follow our steps for handling damages when your tank arrives, we have you completely covered. We will send you a new tank at no additional charge.

Offloading Instructions

• Customer is responsible for unloading - delivery drivers do not assist with unloading
• At 650 pounds and over 8 feet wide, manual unloading is not possible
• We recommend a forklift or tractor with long forks - or similar equipment
