In the very rare occasion that a tank arrives damaged, so long as you follow our steps for handling damages when your tank arrives, we have you completely covered. We will send you a new tank at no additional charge.

Offloading Instructions

Liftgate service is widely available and ideal for the easiest delivery experience
If liftgate is not selected, this tank can often be safely unloaded by hand
While this is not an official recommendation by us, at 65 pounds, many customers choose to:
- Lift the tank off the pallet and carry it down with 1-2 people
- Roll it off carefully onto grass or another soft surface
- As always, use caution and proper lifting technique - injury or damage is still possible without the right help or setup
