Delivery Instructions

Always inspect the tank before signing for delivery.
In the very rare occasion that a tank arrives damaged, so long as you follow our steps for handling damages when your tank arrives, we have you completely covered. We will send you a new tank at no additional charge.

Offloading Instructions

Liftgate service is widely available and is the easiest unloading option for most customers
If liftgate is not selected or unavailable, customer is responsible for unloading - delivery drivers do not assist
For manual unloading use a forklift or pallet jack if available
At a tank weight of 90 pounds, many customers will remove the tank from the pallet and carefully roll it off the truck bed onto grass or another soft surface
- This method carries a risk of damage or injury and is not officially recommended - proceed with caution and have extra help on hand
